Grandma's "95th" Birthday Party

This should have been posted awhile ago. Grandma turned 95 on October 30. All of her children were there and some of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Uncle Paul with his wife, two daughters, 1 son-in-law and 3 grandchildren.

Uncle Melvin with his wife, 1 son, 1 daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren.

Aunt Loretta.

Aunt Thelma with her husband, 2 sons, 1 daughter, 2 daughters-in law, 1 son-in-law and 2 grandchildren.

Aunt Velma.

Mom and Dad, Christina, Dave, Linsey, David, Dawson, Larissa, Mark, Krista, Kendrick, Kara, Kaylee and me.

Norman and Bird.

2 relatives. I don't know who is who, although I know the woman in the middle is not a relative. She played with Wally for the entertainment.

Christmas

The kids were playing around with the camera and took this picture. I didn't realize it until I uploaded to the computer and was going through them.

My mom gave all the grandkids matching T-shirts for Christmas. The two extras are Bob's sister's children Stevie and John.

This is the Burcaw crew. We waited until too late in the day to take this and had a hard time getting co-operation from 17 kids. I guess silly is better than crying.

Farm Hands

I have been doing chores for a friend of mine for the last week and a half. We have been collecting eggs; feeding and watering chickens; and feeding, watering and milking goats. There are about 50 hens and 14 goats. Four of the goats have to be milked. It has been a great learning experience for all of us, but I don't think I could handle this schedule all the time.

They all tried their hand at milking.

My version of "You been farming long?"

Christmas Caroling

We went Christmas caroling with our home school group to a nursing home in Alliance.

Our group in the back. Some of the people we sang to.

More of the people we sang to.

Kara sang a song about ringing Christmas bells.

Krista and Kendrick sang "Infant Holy, Infant Lowly".

Kaylee didn't even know we were there.
